Returns and Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE: My vape pack only offer a warranty on faulty products. My vape pack do not offer a warranty if you do not like the product.

Please check all goods when you receive them as the warranty will run from the date of your receipt.

You will have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel your order. You can return the order to us unopened and in its original condition to receive full refund (customer to pay shipping costs).

The following procedure must be followed in order to carry out a warranty claim

Email myvapepack@gmail.com informing us of the Order ID (or your full name) and a reference to the item in question
A copy of the returns form will be sent out to you. Please note that failure to fill out the returns form can result in a delay in processing any warranty claims
Once the goods are received my vape pack will test and inform you of the findings.
If the goods are found to be faulty then we will immediately ship out replacement items or issue a refund.
Please allow 5 working days for accurate testing and a response.

WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS
Electronic cigarette atomizers/cartomisers and e-cigarette rechargeable batteries although made to the highest quality are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if in constant use.

All our starter kits and batteries come with a 30-day guarantee, any issues within the guarantee period must be sent in writing to myvapepack@gmail.com An electronic cigarette batteries expected lifespan is 1-3 months.

Clearomizers/atomizer/cartomisers are sold as a single use disposable item and come with a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. You must inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receipt to myvapepack@gmail.com
